” I.Wonder.” is a weekly online art education program for kids to engage with art by and with people of color. On Wednesdays, from January 19 through Feb 16, 2022, 6 to 6:30 pm ET. participants will look into artworks that explore bonds uniting people, or dividing them. This term, we will be looking at relationships that are on display in classical or contemporary artworks by major and emerging artists of color from African-American painter Henry Ossawa Taner to Cameroonian Marc Padeu. The characters depicted in the curated artwork are people of color. The sessions are a virtual space and a defined time where kids learn more about art while deepening creative thinking skills. These sessions are open to kids from 5 to 9 years-old from 6 to 6:30 pm.
